About Michael DuPont, CBS

In addition to his ability to motivate and inspire teams of any size, Michael DuPont is also a multi-platform sales strategist with decades of experience. Michael has consistently demonstrated an impressive track record of surpassing sales objectives throughout his career. One of the many reasons Michael stands out from competitors in his field is his use of creative and innovative sales strategies. His customers’ KPIs show that Michael is an expert at tailoring client solutions according to their unique requirements. As much as Michael values his career, he is able to balance it with a healthy lifestyle. A member of Mensa, Michael graduated from George Washington University with a BBA in Marketing and Advertising. He next attended New York University’s Stern School of Business, where he earned an MBA in International Business and Marketing. Throughout Michael DuPont’s career, advertising has been his passion. Michael was an Account Executive in Advertising Sales at Viacom – MTV Networks, where he acted as a liaison between consumers and the creative team.

Michael DuPont and his team have a reputation for surpassing revenue goals on a regular basis. As the Vice President of Ad Sales for AOL, Michael was in charge of the digital sales team in Los Angeles. He partnered with AOL’s business development team in order to negotiate deals across all AOL platforms. As the Vice President of Advertising Sales with Oxygen Media, Michael’s team spearheaded a successful national sales plan. In the role of Executive Vice President for Advertising Sales with ViacomCBS Pop TV, Michael nurtured and encouraged the sales team and oversaw the rebranding effort for the network. 

One of Michael DuPont’s proudest accomplishments is promoting diversity in both his business and personal life while also encouraging the next generation of professionals. Despite his busy schedule, Michael is able to find time to recruit, teach, and inspire the next generation of sales professionals while juggling a wide range of business challenges. As a philanthropist, Michael has supported a number of worthy causes, including the New York City Food Bank, the Animal Rescue Foundation, and the Cycle for Survival, which collects money for the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
